Hello,
I made an album on my iPhone 6 and then deleted pictures. I didn't know that the album pictures would also be deleted. So I had just lost a lot of memories that I wanted to get back. My children, my family. I google searched how to recover deleted pictures and this is what showed up that says they can do that. I had looked at everything and bought the product for $50.00 and afterwards find out that they can NOT recover deleted photos. In their comments section it looked like their common reply was about not guaranteeing that it could recover anything overwritten. I don't even know what that means and I didn't see a disclaimer about that anywhere before I purchased the product anyway or I would have looked up what that statement meant and then would NOT have purchased it. Now Im not only deeply saddened by the fact that I have lost so many memories but am also out $50.00. It is very upsetting to lose photos and it is despicable to have someone think they can get them back for a price only to be let down that they can not do that and knew they couldn't do that but advertise that they can do that. The company iMobie contacted me claiming I had made a purchase a year ago of their AnyTrans product, an iPhone transfer software program. They claimed I was signed up for "Annual Renewal". I had made no such purchase, checked every credit card charge and bank purchase from the supposed date a year ago that they listed. Their website has no way to cancel anything, look up an order history, or even call them. I am still trying to contact them through the only way they list (by email at [email protected]) to get confirmation that I am not signed up for any of their products. I was very careful in not clicking on any links in their emails and never gave them any personal information.
