Only 2 hours after a visit with my medical provider, a man with a South Asian accent called my landline and asked to speak to the person in my household with 3 specific symptoms, the exact symptoms I reported to my provider earlier. When I asked who was calling, he said "Immune Medical", and repeated his request that I identify the person with those symptoms. I refused and hung up, then called my provider to report the breach of privacy (HIPAA). I had not searched online for these symptoms, nor discussed them with anyone else.

Just got a call from "Immune Medical". Said his name was "Sean" with a strong foreign accent. Said he was calling to "help with my foot and leg pain". I've gotten used to this nonsense ever since I turned 65. Number on caller ID was 952-248-7365 "Name Unavailable" Probably spoofed number used when calling people in the Twin Cities. I asked him if his mother knew he was spending his time scamming old people and told him to go away.

India-esque voice in boiler room asks for husband by name. Wants to help him with his aches or something like that. I asked for company name...he answered blah blah Immune Medical (very fast talk). I asked where is company located he says Ohio in another blurred sentence. I said you are a fraud, you stole a phone number and it's not in Ohio and there was denial. Quite persistent, he started over again. I asked if his mother knows he does this kind of fraud work. He slipped and skated around all accusations. Didn't quit and hang up for quite a while. We had a similar call yesterday. Same story...wanted hubby, wanted to treat him for his pains.

I got a call just now from "Immune Medical." As others have reported, the guy had an Indian accent and there were loud boilerroom phone calls of a similar nature to mine audible in the background.

The guy asked for me by name and after I refused to say whether I was the person they were seeking, asked if this is the who has problems with his legs and feet.

I do not have any such problems, and never have. This tells me that these guys (from the above reports) are selling massagers or at least pretending to, and so they just keep calling until they get someone who happens to have some kind of leg problems, and then they sell them on the massage unit. The fact that they are asking for Medicare numbers (not from me--never got to that point--but from others above, suggests that they may be attempting to abuse the numbers they receive by charging devices to them.

Anyway, the call we got was from a San Francisco number, 415-907-7464. But those numbers can be faked.

BTW, I told them immediately that they had not identified themselves and I had no reason to talk to them, and hung up. I did not even confirm that they had my name right or that I was the person having that name.

I got a very early call on Saturday which annoyed me and they rattled off my name when I answered and my symptoms as if they wanted to help. I was immediately suspicious and asked who they were and why they were calling. She said they were doing a survey and I said they should not have this information and certainly not call at 8am on a Saturday. I hung up.

Immune Medical called me on landline. They had our names and our address. They told me several conditions that a senior in our home is suffering from. I was AGHAST. Where are they getting this information? They said it was someone in the family referred to them. No way! Then they implied it was a medical office. They said they had the referral form in front of them. I asked them for the name of the person who referred us, and they refused to say. I never mention this complaint on social media or anything, how do they know? Someone said it's our Smartphones listening and storing information; I had it on at the Doctor's office the other day when there was a discussion about this. Could this be true? This is horrible! I feel sick.

How are they getting such personal information and so soon after a surgery or appointment. The information about the lower back was just diagnosed within the last 5 weeks! And the additional info they had was within a day of finding out about it from the doctor! This is scary that they had his info like this, knew it was a scam but the info given at first made us play along to see just how much they knew before blocking them, no info they asked for was given to them thankfully. Should this be reported to law enforcement?

These people got my mom to give her her Medicaid number and they said they would send her a machine called a Lymphtdema pump massager to her. They asked for the doctors name and she couldn’t remember it but she told them it was Kaiser‘s. I called the number back and it’s obviously a scam when they offered me the same pump massager with no doctor referral saying they would contact my doctor and send a prescription to them and they would have to approve it. I am going to call back on her behalf now and cancel it! The number they called from was 1–8 28–3 52–1293 which is the North Carolina phone number but they told me they are in Cleveland Ohio
Called my 93-year-old mother and got her Medicaid number

Keep telling them I'm not going to give any information out, but they keep calling anyways. And yes they have same accent as the ones calling claiming to be from medicare/ Medicaid. It's frustrating receiving so many calls a day I wish someone would do something about it.

A man called me and said I’m very rapid speech (he sounded like he was from India) that he represented Immune Medical. He knew somehow that I have pain in my leg and foot. I asked him how he knew this. He replied that someone must have mentioned me online to his company. It sounded fishy, but I continued answering his questions. I told me that I was eligible for a leg and foot massager. He asked me my height and weight. I asked him what it would cost me. He replied, “nothing, it’s covered by Medicare.”

He asked my treating physician’s name. He asked me to get out my Medicare card and tell him how my name is printed on the card. I did. Then he asked for my Medicare number and I declined, as I didn’t need. Leg massage machine and didn’t trust him. I thanked him and hung up.

A few minutes later I found his number on my phone. It was a local Las Vegas number. He answered and I recognized his voice. I told him that I wasn’t sure his offer isn’t a scam. He assured me it isn’t. When I asked if his company has a website I could look up, he hung up on me. I googled Immune Medical and no such company has a website. Beware! I did give him my birth date. He knew my address already.

It's a scam company called The lead forum, it has a Facebook page and you can write down negative google eviews on their Google site.

Sounds like the same thing as the other reports. Received call from Immune Medical. After they asked probing questions about me still having pain in my legs and feet I refuse to confirm or deny and asked how they got my records. The only thing she could say, possibly the only English she had left, was that she was conducting a survey. Eventually she just hung up on me. Called back and talked to someone in intake who said they couldn't transfer me to the other department so I was unable to talk to who I had been disconnected from. I urged her to find a way even if she had to get her boss to do it and then I was introduced to Alan the self-proclaimed chief supervisor. I kept asking him how he got my information and he just got more and more nervous. The only thing he could come up with was that someone must have filled out something on my behalf. I calmly explained to him that that was a lie but he insisted that that is the only way they get people's information. After I backed him into a corner he hung up and sure enough my number is blocked. If you receive a call from this number play it cool but demand to talk to Alan.

I have received at least 30 phone calls on my land line stating they are from Immune Medical. They ask you very personal questions regarding pain in the lower extremities of my body which I take offense to. They seem to have quite a bit of my personal info even though I denied being Deborah Benner. They sound like they are from India or Pakistan and the will hang up on you if they don't like what you are saying. They actually answer the phone when calling the number. These calls are very creepy, and I am sorry for wording it like that but it is Creepy. They call several times a day and since it's on my land line I'm not able to block them. I don't know who this company is but I feel violated and someone's to look into this company. They obviously have my personal information and that scares me as I am widowed.

I fell for the scam because this guy knew my medical history.
I gave him my birthday - height - weight & Medicare number.
Then I looked up on line that it's a scam. I called back to cancel. I hope I didn't cause myself any problems with Medicare.

Pt called my doctor office, which she is a patient at stating that A company claiming to be Immune Medical called stating that she would be eligible to neurological/muscle stimulation equipment. She gave them her Dr.'s name and her Medicare #. Their number is not listed in Google but this came up as a potential scam. They knew all of her medical history and diagnosis'. The number listed was 949-750-8546

I was working with a patient in their apartment when this company called and asked for his DOB for supplies that had an error while trying to process his insurance. They then asked his social and he referred to me asking if he should give it and I explained he should never give that information out ever unless he initiates the call. We hung up and they called back and I had to tell them he wasn't interested as I simultaneously found this website and reviews as we turned away this second call and express disinterest.

Simon Smith called my 91-year-old mother from this number. He had her name and the name of her orthopedic doctor. He asked her many questions - were her arms puffy? Did she have pains in her arms? Did she have pains in her legs and hips? He said her doctor wanted him to send her something for the pains. She really couldn't understand what he wanted to send her. He said he needed her Medicare number. She told him that her daughter told her not to give that information out on the phone due to scams. He assured her that this was not a scam but was legitimate and would save her money out of pocket. She still refused to give him her Medicare number and told him she would call her doctor to verify that he asked this company to call her because she does not believe he did.

I received a phone call from Immune Medical on my home phone. I usually don't answer my phone. Offer free medical equipment to massage swollen legs and feet. Medicare would pay for it. I gave out my Medicare number. They gave me their phone number 216-290-7243. I do not have their address. I also gave the name of my doctor so they could get a prescription. They will call my doctor. I am worried I gave my Medicare number. I had to call them back to get their company name. I told them to cancel it.
