Seller did not ask PayPal to cancel. Instead he blocked me the website and I could not access my order account. By top letter, seller clearly had no intention of shipping. Neither did they send me a proper reciept upon payment but did send when I asked. Also seller price gouged shipping to seem like expedite but shipment is still delayed. Excuse because of the virus. No return email back and progress of shipment or refund. I would like to have this business shut down and for the benefit of other shoppers who need health material.
