Bought their software and on the same day cancelled it as it was crap software.
They said I would get a full refund yet 4 weeks later and after several emails no money was returned,please don't use these scamsters you will lose your money

I was over charged and I never installed their app. Upon realising that I was over charged, I immediately requested for a refund.
It's been two weeks now they keep saying that wait 3 working days .
What can be legally done to recover our money?

Can only agree on what was said below, SCAM COMPANY, BEWARE OF!
Does not refund money as promised. Many complaints to the Better Business Bureau for not refunding payments and overcharges. Avoids requests by stone walling emails that make excuses for not refunding money, promises refund in 3-6 business days -- doesn't happen, good luck

I purchased their backup software to recover old text messages. The original cost was $69. There were additional services for support, but I did not select them. They charged for them anyway for a total of $129. Every time I contact them and ask for a refund, the answer is always the same. Wait 3 - 5 business days... They never refunded. Now they ignore my emails and calls. Total scam. Do not purchase from them.

Their domain name registered address is a small business in New York that only has small Real Estate companies working there.

Bought the service from https://auto-forward.com/ where they claim the app is $67 however they took out $149 from my bank account. In addition to that the app never worked. When I called the customer service, they put me on hold for long time. After multiple try I was able to tak to customer service and they promised to refund me the full amount within 2-3 business days. More than 2 weeks passed and I never received the refund. The web site also mentioned money back guarantee within 30 days. The app never worked, This company is fraud and needs to be investigated.
