STAY AWAY!!!

Ordered hair products in Feb 2022. Emailed customer service in Apr 2022 requesting shipping update. State out of stock, but would ship soon. I requested a refund instead. They asked for a bit more time - I relented because I really like the products I ordered. Aug 2022, still nothing and same response. As of today, Nov 3 2022, they state I must dispute with my bank (which it is too late to do). $25 down the drain. AVOID this company!

I purchased 2 bottles of sweet wormwood on January 15th. I emailed the company and was told it is on back order and they would notify me when order was shipped. I never received a notification so I emailed them again in May. Once again I was emailed saying that there was a delay. It is October and no response or product.

I ordered something from this website on 06/25/2022, and never double checked if they had an address or phone number. I waited until 08/07 to contact them, because I never received my purchase. I know that it was my fault, but I was only able to contact them through their website, and I've been getting the run around. They emailed me back stating to wait 72 hours, and to request a cancellation so they can refund my money. After 96 hours, I contacted them again, and they asked me to wait due to shortage of supply. None of that was communicated to me until I reached out. If something was on back order, a legitimate company would've notified me right away, and not wait for me to contact them over a month after my purchase. They never refunded me back. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charge, and I want people to stay away from buying anything from this company. After doing my own research, I found out that they're a scam company based in India.
