I was shopping online due to the fact Dash fighting cancer and did not want to go out into the stores with COVID-19 spiking. I ran across a page I’d depot home after being scammed in the past I immediately started researching it and trying to find scam alerts on it but I found nothing at that time. $300 No email and no product which I purchased I started investigating and their site is gone.
Like I said I’ve been fighting cancer and I never know if this is going to be our last year with my family and friends and this is ruining my Christmas because that’s all I was able to give my grandson and they took it from me
I’m heartbroken , Ashamed and appalled seems like every year it gets worse and worse
You can’t leave your house but they rob you anyways
I also filed a complaint through stripes payment
I hope they don’t get away with

Is there any way to make a contribution to this person so that her grandson can get a Christmas present from her? I'd also like to help her sign up for benefits that she's surely entitled to receive as one in her situation. She's probably dual eligible to receive Medicare and Medicaid simultaneously. Between the two, they should cover 100% of her medical expenses. It does depend in part on which state she lives in. But she should call her state's Medicaid hotline or the federal government's Medicare support at 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227). She probably also qualifies for SNAP and maybe cash assistance too. Any prescriptions that she's still paying for out-of-pocket, the manufacturers may be willing to absorb her costs if she contacts them directly by phone and explains her situation. Anything else she needs and still can't afford, there are people out there willing to help. They might not be her neighbors, but try Googling stuff like ~broke sick need financial help~, Try local, regional and national social services organizations too, both governmental and nonprofit. She should be prepared to document her situation.
