Someone fraudulently logged into my Southwest airlines account and used thousands of my airline points to book a flight on February 22, 2025. The person that did this changed my personal information on my account - so they had access to my home address, phone number, birthday, email address, etc. The person added the phone number: (619) 993-8129 and the email: [email protected], I assume to receive the flight confirmation.
