I have had the same experience. I am in day two and have not received any payments yet. They told me the got my info from my resume I had posted on a career site. They did not specify which site. So I figure they have my full name, address, phone#, and email address. I haven't given them any bank account info or my SSN. I was talking with them through Hangouts and to the same name that is in the screenshots posted above. Thank you all for sharing and giving others a head up.

I also was contacted. The text came out of the blue. I was fortunate to have thought to do some research and found this info. The names were the same as mentioned. Be wary of this scam. Once I replied stating that this information was going to be forwarded to authorities, I got nothing but silence.

Today I had a “Skype” interview, to work for IDAPT. I checked their website and it seemed to be an established company.
It looked legit in the beginning. I went through a few questionnaires. My only concern is that they have my name and address. I never gave my bank account number or SS# either.
Eventually I was told I was getting a check written with my name to pay for the software that I needed in order to start working. It was extremely fishy, I even ask the “Recruiter” why would they need my name on it and not the vendor’s. Attached are a few screen shots from that Skype interview.

I started working for this working online company called idapt web on June 12,2019. I researched this company and everything looked legit. On June 14, they sent a cashiers check and I was instructed to deposited into my bank account. Then I was instructed to purchase $400 in Google Play, they told me that it was for my online materials. Then I was instructed to buy $1550 in money order and again they told me it was for materials, software. On June 18, 2019 my bank informed me that the cashiers check bounced and I informed them the background story. They told me I was victim of Fraud. Idapt web sent another check in the amount of $4000 but I handed it over to Wells Fargo Manager to be sent to the FBI.
