My mother in Louisiana had someone contact her from Icomptec that is listed in Phoenix. Their website is supportnx.com and there is a ScamPulse.com icon on their website. I have searched your site and found no evidence of them. The company charged $199.95 to "check" her computer....it was till running when she called me. I called the company and talked to a "Ron Davis".....I told her to unplug everything from the tower and take it to a reputable computer repair store. Ron called immediately after she unplugged everything to ask what went wrong.....she told him she changed her mind and was misled. The person that called said she was with Microsoft.....my mom is usually more savvy that this....thankfully she doesn't use her computer for anything but typing church bulletins! We are canceling the credit card and requesting a refund (which she probably won't get).
