I ordered 3 wigs from Ice Wig online. I received the package with an order totally different than what I ordered. I contacted the company via email because that is all that is on the website to contact them. I told them what happened, and I received an email stating they would give me a 10% refund. I emailed them again and this time they indicated they would give me a 20% refund and if I sent the wigs back I would have to pay $30 for return postage. I emailed them a third time, each time letting them know this was unacceptable. The last email stated they would give me a 30% refund and that' all they could do for me, or I could take pictures of the wigs to make sure the wigs were in good condition and pay the $30 shipping fee to return the wigs to them after they accepted the pictures. In this email they put the name and address of the shipper which was located in China. The website never indicated they were not located in the United States, or I would have never ordered from them. The wigs were synthetic wigs of the same brown color and poorly made. Two of them look as though they are the same wig. (I have attached a picture of the three wigs, but have more of close up pictures where you see the poor construction. I could only upload one picture.) I ordered human hair wigs of different styles and colors. (I have pictures of what I ordered if needed.) I have the thread of emails from this merchant, that can be provided upon request. I believe they have you order their products, and send you a cheaper more inferior product, then when you complain, they offer you a small refund. They then have the rest of your money and have made a profit, or people don't want to jump through their hoops and stop emailing them. If this is not a scam, it sure seems as though it is by the way they communicate and will not take responsibility for their actions or mistakes.
