Sent $320.00 for a deposit and was told once the shipping information was confirmed would need to send the rest.   Suppose to take 15 minutes, after multiple calls and texts took several hours for them to get back to me and never would give the shipping co. information.  Tried calling again but they just acted like they could not hear.  No further communication from Ice Dream and no puppy.
