ICBT Company LTD is a rapidly growing software Company that has more than 180 employees worldwide and has been in business ever since 1985. The Company offers a competitive compensation and bonuses for the effort. It is a 1099 position, so it can be easily combined with the full-time job. ICBT Company LTD's main goal is to reduce the costs of products which are shipped into European and Asian regions. The purpose of the procurement position is to be responsible for obtaining goods, supplies for a variety of needs in addition to regular reports to the personal supervisor as well as administrative duties. All new candidates go through a three week probationary period that starts on the day when applicant receives the first task. This is a regular policy of ICBT Company LTD. All the costs and expenses will be covered by our Company. The probationary period gives you enough time to learn about the Company, acquire information, instructions and manage time for the tasks to be done. Throughout that period we will study candidate's ability to follow the instructions, time needed for the assignment and wiliness to work and be a part of our team. To become a full member of ICBT Company LTD, the applicant must complete at least six tasks during the probationary period.
The Company promises the $85,800.00 annual salary which equals to ($7,150.00 per month) plus commission can also take place. For every complete assignment the candidate will be receiving a 10-15% commission of the whole value for each task. The percentage of the commission depends on the excellence of the finished task. Within one week after the probationary period, the new employee will receive the payment and commission by check or direct deposit in case of a successful accomplishment of the required assignments.
