I was searching recipes on Saturday July 13, 2019 when a message popped up on my computer. Warning!! Warning!! Your computer has been compromised!! Call this number immediately!! 1-800-951-8309 so I did. The man identified himself as Mac Technician team representative. He said that my computer had been infected with a Trojan Horse and that he needed remote access to my computer in order to resolve the problem. I allowed him remote access he took over my computer and installed an anti-virus program among other things. He then explained that for this protection he needed my credit card information which I gave him. He was offering three different protection plans 1,3 and lifetime plans. He recommended the lifetime plan but I took the 3 year plan which was $249.99. While he had control of my computer he docu-Signed the agreements choosing my name. He showed me all the viruses that he found and told me that my IP address had been hacked and that he needed to give me a new address. I was afraid to use my computer after that Saturday. On Monday I was talking to my husband and told him what had happened. He looked up the site on the ScamPulse.com webpage. I had been scammed! I spent two days on the phone with Apple Tech support to go through my computer and get rid of everything the scam artist had installed. I then had to close all my credit cards and bank cards along create new login-in and passwords. Thank God for the Apple Team support. They were so patience and kind and walked me through everything until my computer was back to normal. I hope this experience will help a lot of people.

I Techie Solutions (listed as owned by a Rohit Malik) is involved in online fraud and predatory practices to commit identity theft. They sent my mother an e-mail from a fake "Microsoft" address stating her computer was compromised and that she needed to contact them to fix it. My mother was worried and called me, but only after they gained remote access to my her computer for over 4 HOURS and asked for her personal and financial information. I followed up an called this "Microsoft" support number from their email to my mother: 877-720-3034, I was lucky enough to get a street address from the person I spoke with before he realized I was questioning their activity. I discovered that "I Techie Solutions" operates from the address at 923 Haddonfield Road, Cherry Hill, NJ. Below is a section of text from their e-mail: "Eva Parker" (SENIOR MICROSOFT TECHNICIAN ) Microsoft ID: MC 159832 Below is the computer problem issues which you are facing with your network. You can also call us on 877-720-3034. You can click on the website to connect with the technician. www.fastsupport.com Warm Regards Microsoft Manager Alex Williams My mother thought she was speaking to a real Microsoft support representative, They then sent an $1,499 invoice with the Microsoft logo. The Alex Wiliams I spoke with later revealed this was not his real name. He used abusive, vulgar language when I said I would contact the police about the company's fraudulent, predatory activity. They are not Microsoft. This is their website: http://itechiesolutions.com/about.html Please help!!!

I was contracted by telephone, The person said that they received messages from my computer. He asked me log on and told me there were things slowing down my computer. And some of my Microsoft programs we're "stopping" and would pose a danger for my computer, and that information could be step from hackers.

He offered me McAfee licences that would cost me ranging $299.00 per year -$499.00 for lifetime with other features, like added security for other devices.

Initially I agreed for the One year. He gave me an address named above to mail the $299.00.

When he told me he would "work" on my computer , and call me back in 30 mins. It was then that I decided to Google this company with BBB, and saw they had issues in the past. Or that Microsoft has warnings to be on the lookout for Scammers. I called him back and told him :" my husband did not agree with the offer, we have no money".

I felt that I needed to report this issue. It did not sound ligitimit.

A virus message came up on computer, We thought I was talking to a representative of Microsoft, Charged me $299.00 to clean up my computer and even offered a senior discount for 3 years of protection. They proceeded to use free programs CCleaner and Adbloc to name two on my computer left no security program and were gone. the following week I had a problem same message, We called the number they gave me(left on my computer) and they told me to call back later, needless to say We knew at that point I had been scammed. We had to pay my computer company another $99 to clean up the computer then We had to install a security program. Right now We are having a great deal of difficulty trying to get any money back as they used a third party for billing, CS REPAIR SHOPPE LLC listed in Camden NJ. They refuse to take our calls to discuss a refund and the credit card company is saying there is nothing they can do!!!

I have a reason to believe that this website below is not a real business and is scamming people into thinking they have a problem or virus (fake malware) )ex: such as a yahoo or facebook malware and is referring them to another number so they can pay a 150$ fee and have the problem on their computer or printer fixed (no problem there to begin with)

i called about my hp printer and the person wanted me to pay 150 over the phone so they can clean my computer from any malware that was preventing my laptop from connecting to my printer. (this was after they connected to my laptop though a website that allowed them to see my screen and had me run a "run" command that showed a fake facebook malware that "compromised my ip address"

If you look at their address listed on the website and google search their location it shows SOMEONES HOUSE IN NJ that is not a business.

They also pretend they have an accent to sound more "real" and when i called back a few times they handed the phone off to another person and you can tell it was someones house
