I received an email from Geek Squad saying I owed 399.99 for a subscription that I do not have and have never had. They threatened that if I did not pay IMMEDIATELY they will take legal action against me to recover the debt. They provide a phone number for customer support which I did not call. The phone number is +1 (802) 503-5704.
