I received a letter from them asking for $190.00 to be paid by 4/8/2025. They provided a QR code for online payments subjected to an additional charge of $5.95 for credit card payments but did not list the website address. They mention in the letter that each business, "is registered in the state of Pennsylvania," which makes me question why it's coming from and being sent back to Florida, Pennsylvania can handle their own businesses. I'm not registered in either of those states, as neither state is where I live. I also have no clients in those states, my focus is on the state I currently live in, and if I happen to acquire clients from different states at a later point in time, I will look into their requirements then. They also lack details about my business registration in their information bracket on the form, and other information is incorrect.
