Unclaimed Reward

I called the number provided on the postcard and a lady answered, asking for my claim number. After giving it to her she said my 100 dollar reward can be used via online or send to me as a voucher but needs 1.99 to have it sent. I asked why the money to send it is needed if it's an online option. I told her I'd call her back when I get home. She said she activated my claim for a year. Scammers,,,smh.
