I ordered a pair of shoes. They are the ones I ordered. They are too small. How do I contact the company so I can return them?

I bought an animated pumpkin shown in a Facebook ad. The video of the product shows large size pumpkins. I paid $36.99 for a 3 1/2 inch high pumpkin that I wouldn't pay $1.00 for. False advertisement and total misrepresentation of the product.

I ordered 2 pair of sandals from HZ YIDACHENG E-commerce Co. Ltd. on July 13, 2020 and my post office stated that they were delivered at my home on Aug. 4, 2020. But they were delivered to a house several streets over. That person just returned them to me today Sept 15 2020. But the problem is both pairs of sandals were stated to be a women's size 9 and they are both a size 7 and are of very poor quality. I want a full refund of what I paid $43.70. How di I contact this company? The return address on the package is TOPEXPRESS, 14709 182nd St, Springfield Gardens, NY 11413 and I can't find contact info. on them either.

So I bought that baby shark and let me tell you trying to get a hold of PayPal to pay me back due to false advertising I have an open case and the company wants to give me $4.00 back and I can keep the two sharks when I paid $49.90.
So at this point I'm going to say screw this company and screw PayPal. If PayPal wants to back this company up and not pay us all back for their fake stuff then PayPal needs to not exist.

Having similar problem with trying to get money back. PayPal giving me the run around. Same company, offered me a refund of 13.00 on a item (wings) that cost 42.00 with free shipping. Got the wrong thing. Since I’ve closed my PayPal account and reported both to Better Business Bureau. Can’t get hold of PayPal and Facebook is just as bad. I no longer buy from Facebook or use PayPal.

I received at totally different product from the photos they have advertised.

THis is what they have sent me:

Do not buy anything from this company. They are supplying inferior items and not what they advertise. They then turn around and want the buyer to pay for the return freight for items they incorrectly supply.

Facebook ad popped up for a foldup adjustable laptop tray with curved legs to adjust the angle. What they sent was described on their customs declaration as a "Plate Stand" - it was barely large enough for an iPad . I would like my money back. I payed with paypal. If anyone can help me on how to go about trying to get my money back i sure would appreciate it. I bought 2. And i payed 40.89 on August 17th 2020 . Just to show how cheap they were they i posted pictures top picture is what i thought i was going to get picture 2 is whaat they sent and picture 3 is the little cardboard boxes they came in. I too ordered those sharks and they are being [censored] as well as PayPal. The company offered me $8 refund and i get to keep it. i said no way in hell. I open a claim with PayPal and the company came back with the same offer. they said I can ship it back and get a full refund but I have to pay to ship it back.
