I ordered a motorized float for the pool, $70 I received a blowup air mattress I could have purchased at walmart for $20. I asked for return shipping voucher and a refund. they offered to let me keep it and give me a $20 refund. they finally offered a full refund if I returned the incorrect item, to CHINA at my expense. Feeling a reputable business would pay for return shipping I filed a complaint with paypal. Paypal sent me an email after a month and a half that I was to receive a full refund!...just return the incorrect item at my expense. Apparently Paypal doesn't get it either. They were doing business under the nam Best Good. Avoid this company

I too order the multipurpose laptop table using Paypal to pay for the product. After I received scrap pieces of wood I turned to the internet, found out I had been scammed and immediately contact paypal who in turn contact the SCAMMER who only offered me a partial refund of $25 but I would have to send the scrap pieces of wood back at my cost which they said was about $80USD. I told them absolutely not that I wanted a FULL REFUND and a return label at their cost to the DE warehouse where the shipment came from. Still waiting to hear the outcome from Paypal. Good Luck to everyone who was scammed.

I ordered 4 jetboard. I received an incomplete product without the jet system in the wrong colors and even if the product they sent to me was totally incomplete, i had only 3 wrong products instead of 4... It is more than a fraude ! That's really a scandal and PayPal is really not helping for having a reimburse ! They have to assure a total reimburse...

Bought a 6 person inflatable spa from Kinki on facebook after two months I received a cheap pair of safety glasses. Email address and company sight non contactable. Reprted to facebook and haven't heard anything. Now worried as I ordered a model car from a different vendor on facebook and now cant track. Facebook should be dealing with this.

Same thing happened to me with this company and the three other times I've ordered anything from a vendor through a Facebook ad. I filed a PayPal claim and they've offered a refund if I return the cheap crap version of the very cool adjustable lap desks that were featured in the video ad that played on FB. Shipping looks like it's going to be more than my refund. I'm about to go on a crusade.

Ordered something that should have been a desk and turns out it is just some flat piece of wood. Try to go through pay pal to dispute it and the scam company wants to offer me 10 dollar refund instead of full amount. They want me to ship back item but spend to send it. Which is ridiculous. They are scam!
