Type of a scam Online Purchase

an unexplained package shows up at my house. an item I DID NOT order and have never been on their website. Am waiting and watching my bank account to see if they are transacting in my account.

Most likely, unbeknowst to me, I have ordered something from them in the past via a Facebook link or something like that, but the website or the name does not ring a bell. It is definitely cheap china crap that showed up on my porch...

So my name and mailing address have been lifted and scammed...

Not sure i got right product. Got another name on my package. Someone one in washougal, wash.98671. Tracking number for Kimberly Messick on north street. Is 92748927005374000009961163. My number is 9274892709537408000935. Did she get her right product? 'wtf' happened / was the packer on a high of a sort. This does not speak well of your product or company. No more biz with you. Right now in my opinion you suck. This was a package within a package.

I ordered several items from the company Superfsk and paid through Paypal. My Paypal activity listed the items purchased as business services and not the retail products that I had purchased. The company uploaded tracking numbers to Paypal showing that the items were shipped and delivered. The items were not delivered to my address. According to my local USPS the items were delivered to addresses that were not mine. I have filed cases with Paypal to get my money refunded.

I ordered a Roku Ultra 2019 for $53.99. They delayed 3 weeks, so I complained to PayPal. After that they mailed me a small sheet of stickers with a usps tracking number. PayPal's response - Case Closed - You're stuck! I returned package with same tracking number "Refused". Next I disputed the credit card next. Their response - Something was delivered - dispute rejected! $53.99 is criminal for s 2"x 3" sheet of stickers that was returned. Not Happy with PayPal or Citi bank.The front company is in California, but is only contracted to provide a shipping address. Phone is not answered.

I received an USPS pkg at my po box and it had rolled up cardboard in it. Nothing else. Tracked this pkg: 4-16-19 shipping label made in Hawthorne, CA 90250; 5-4-19 pkg accepted at USPS Origin Facility in Hawthorne, CA. This company is a scam for identity theft and steals monies by selling false items advertised but advertising w/pix of real items. They do not refund monies! This company is owed by Snowy Chen, is a Domestic Limited-Liability company flie#201623210031. The business is her home at 37191 Panton Terrace Apt 1013 in Fremont CA 94536. Every item comes from China (but advertises CA) as CA is her point of entry. She sells under many different names on Facebook and E-bay. I hope the Federal Department will get involved as everything she does in thru our Postal Offices.
