Ordered Jordon 4 Thunders for my 12 year old for Christmas. Received them and they were too small. Contacted the company and they assured me I could exchange them for a new size. I would have to send them through UPS and the cost would not be covered ($60). I received notification from UPS that they were delivered and messaged the company a couple of weeks later because I hadn’t received any word on the exchange. They told me they could not do an exchange but instead would refund me, minus the UPS return fee. Waited another week, still no return. I messaged again and they told me they would not refund the sneakers that I had sent back or exchange them and that I would have to dispute the charges at my bank. What an awful experience. My 12 year old lost his Christmas present and I am out $360. So unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I will never order from this site again and would encourage others not to as well.

Still waiting for my refund after a month! Having to go through my credit card company to get my money back $212. Ordered some Jordan 4's Mushroom and when they arrived they were the worst fakes I have ever seen. The white sole was pink! Marks and scuffs all over them. The fabrics didn't even match. The Jordan logo on the back was plain black instead of coloured! Fake Stock X coin on the laces. Poor cuts and very, very poorly put together. Took over 3 weeks to arrive even though I got 6-12 days express delivery. When they arrived they came packaged from Shanghai valued at $20. These trainers wasn't worth $5! When returning they use a USA Acomplicenter in LA as a front. They use official pictures on their site then send you the absolute worse fakes made. No kind of appology or acknowledgment that they had sent me something so bad. Do not waste your time buying off this site. Very unprofessional and a total scam, they just want your money.

This company responded to a complaint of someone with this picture I attached but they did not cover my shipping and mine had stains! Their email response to me is also attached for proof of them denying coverage of return shipping. Terrible liars. Don’t risk! They are horrible and all their responses on here to other complaints are lies

Yeezys arrived with stains in two areas, box damaged not even packaged in another box to protect. They lied and stated their shipping label system was not working. I paid shipping then they would not even cover cost lying they could not compensate more than what I originally paid for item. Box is not legit like shoes. Legit box has YZY on it. Sizing and other details proved shoes not legit in addition to stains. Dont order! Unless you want to risk losing money and getting fakes

Yeezy slides came damaged and are inauthentic. Return policy clearly states they are will refund and cover shipping if product is arrived damaged. Box arrived in bag and damaged bad instead of in another box to protect like legit companies. Box is also not legit like slides. Box Would say YZY not YEEZY if legit. They don’t even package their items to arrive undamaged. Shoes had stains. They lied and said their system would not let them provide shipping label so I had to pay $12 shipping back. They lied again and said they could not compensate for shipping. They’re a huge scam. Go through goat. They are legit and products are authentic. Worth paying more for real. They don’t lie on return policy either

I ordered a pair of Adidas Yeezy slides for my son. I have received two emails saying they were a size 5 and wanted to make sure that was correct I responded to both saying it was a size 11. I also put in two "support tickets" saying the same thing. I called the number back and it went to a construction company. The man on the phone said the owner used to sell shoes and he does have stock so he might be selling them on the side. He took my name and number and is forwarding the message but I'm thinking the purchase I made was a scam. I could be wrong, I'm hoping I'm wrong. This was a Christmas gift so I guess we'll see...

This is not a complaint this is the truth they acc not a scam I got stuff of them and there brilliant and I need someone to help me how to delete stuff off this bc they acc tried there best to find my code and they did and I’m appreciate all the help they did

People are happy because they are getting fake shoes and either don’t know it because they don’t research details of authentic shoes and boxes or don’t care since they're less expensive and they figure other people won’t notice they’re fake. Which is fine except this company lies about authenticity and return policy and still should be charging less for fake crap. Hope this company goes downhill so they cant screw innocent people over

Are these Authentic Nikes? Yes OR No

I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers a month ago the shipment policy was 10-15 business days and it's stu hasn't arrived. Also there is no information on my order tracking on your site. I have ordered from here before and the shoes arrived in time so its quite strange that they didn't arrive I had my suspensions because the site looks kinda shady . I paid over 350 dollars for this so it better arrive.

Very clearly counterfeit shoes. The shoes they sent are not even like the ones that I had ordered, and again clearly counterfeit. All over the website it states "we do not sell counterfeit shoes". Company refuses to refund my money. What a terrible experience. Buyer beware...

We were able to pull up one order with the name 'Scarlet S' associated with it.

Heres what I found, the customer emailed us on 01/06 requesting to return her items.

We wrote her back 14 hours later on 01/07 informing her that she can submit her claim to return items. We also included a link where she can view our return policy.

I checked our records, we never did receive any claim from this customer.

If we had received a claim, we would have gladly issued her a full refund for her order. We also now offer free return shipping on any unsatisfied order!

As for information on our products, this is clearly stated for customers throughout our page, and checkout process.

We do advise you read through our policies before making a purchase, and enjoy. :)

I placed an order with Hype your Beast, and upon placing the order I was told that I would receive shipping updates within 3-5 business days. That was completely untrue. When I reached out to them, I got yet another shipping policy that estimated 9-16 days. I then decided to look more into their website. At the bottom of the page, it states that they are BBB accredited. That is a lie. They are nowhere to be found on the BBB site because I tried to file a formal complaint. I then tried to submit a review on their site, and all I got was "error" when trying to do that. The reviews on their site must be fake. I have reached out to "customer service" multiple times about the location of their corporate office and how to find on BBB and keep getting a summary of their shipping policy. Not one individual has answered my question. I will NEVER order from them again, completely unprofessional, misleading, and shady.

In busier seasons we can get backed up and it can take us up to five business days to ship our customers orders.

We always notify our customers before purchasing of any delays they might experience.

Though we don't know who this customer is, it is likely they got impatient after 2 days, and overreacted and wrote a negative review.

We have never scammed anyone, and the pictures they are referring to are quality control pictures we issue to each client within 1-2 days after their purchase. They are not fake pictures, they are the pictures we take of an order before we ship it out.

I ordered a pair of sneakers from this website and everything seemed alright until they provided a tracking number with zero info on my item. They send you pics to make it look like it’s real and that you’re getting what you paid for but you honestly don’t. I wrote to these people twice on their online chat and got ignored. I’ve sent several emails asking where my package is or where it’s being shipped from and they refuse to answer the question. If the sneakers are legit why not say where you’re shipping them from? Then I keep getting told to wait more and more days over and over again. I even asked for a refund and I keep asking over and over and they try to go around that as well and ignore the fact that I want my money back at this point. I’ve bought sneakers before from legit sites and this is not one of them at all because they refuse to provide any type of info and they try to work their way around answering you. So if you see their site don’t even bother cause you’ll get scammed like I did then you need to fight for your money back.

We apologize for your negative experience, however we can assure that this customers concerns are not accurate.

It is written clearly in our FAQ and our Shipping Policy, that once tracking numbers are provided, it may take some time before the carrier updates the live tracking online.
Many of our customers are internationally based, which means the online tracking will not update until the package lands in their home country. This can often take over a week after the tracking number is issued.

This is a very common response from customers, we just simply as them to be patient and their order will arrive in time. As far as their refund request, it seems based on their response that they requested a refund while their package is in transit. Lets say its day 9 or 10 when they request their refund. Our shipping times are 9-16 business days, we provide them a refund based on their request, then on day 13 they receive their package. Now they have received their money back, and the shoes they ordered.

Thats not how we, or any company does business. We apologize for your negative experience, though we are sure you received your order. We advise you to read up on our Shipping Policy to get familiar with our transit times before placing an order.
