Type of a scam Online Purchase

Never got products, terrible customer service

After 3 months of emails back and forth, they never sent me my products.

Do not order from this company! All they do is drop ship low quality products from China and you'll be lucky if you even get that.

1. I placed an order and it wasn't shipped
2. I contacted them 4 weeks later, they sent me a tracking number created that day
3. Three weeks later, I receive notification product arrived, but was shipped to the wrong state
4. They denied this, but after a few emails they 're-routed' my package
5. Three more weeks later I received the package, and it was completely wrong items
6. I sent photo of wrong items, and they said it was correct, but different 'variants', which is not at all true
7. After a few more emails they said I could pay the cost to ship the products back to China or they can give me a 10% refund and that I "may keep the product as our gift to you. Feel free to consider giving it as a gift to your family or friends."

I don't know if I'll ever get the refund, but it is absurd to suggest 3 months of trouble to get the wrong products that nobody wants is a "gift" to me.

360 Degree Cool Mist Humidifier

I purchased the humidifier November 22, 2022 in the amount of $19.99 from my debit card. I received a shipping confirmation for order #3042. I still have not received my order. It has been nearly 3 months now. I have tried to contact them by phone but I get a recording that the number has been disconnected. I tried an alternative number 844-987-1265 listed from when they withdrew the money from my account but just keep getting a busy signal. I have emailed them several times but no response. I continue to receive emails advertising their products and they are still advertising their "Humiii" products via internet as a legitimate company. I want to receive my order. What can I do?
I know 19.99 doesn't seem like much, but it is to me and not just from me but how many others? They're making a killing.

I ordered a humidifier from this company in September. Received a “shipping confirmation” but upon investigation only the shipping label was created. Nothing was shipped. I emailed them probably 10 times to no avail. This company is a complete SCAM, do NOT order from them!

Ordered a humidifier from Humiii.com and received a confirmation email the same day. A couple days later received an email stating the item had shipped and included a USPS tracking number. It’s been 15 days since that email and the tracking is still showing label created, USPS awaiting item. I’ve tried calling the only number listed, 916-299-0667, and it’s been disconnected. I’ve also emailed them at the address listed under contact us, [email protected], and I receive an automated response stating the email has been received and a response will be sent within 1-2 business days. No response is sent.

Two days after I ordered I got a notification that my humidifier had shipped. Actually just the label had been printed, the package was never delivered. Finally three weeks after I contact them and as for a refund and two days later the package was finally dropped to a USPS facility. Never got a personal reply back from my inquiry. It arrived and it looks and feels like a child's toy. Absolute junk and I haven't been able to get it to even turn on, doesn't even work.

Definitely a scam!

All numbers associated with this website are disconnected. After you order, you get a confirmation and tracking information, but they never deliver your product to delivery service. You get an automated response when you email them that says they will reply within 1-2 business days, but they never do. I disputed the charge with my credit card yesterday and magically they delivered something to USPS yesterday. There's not telling what kind of crap they're sending me, but I'm sure it won't work.

Got little USB humidifier from Humiii and it worked for all of 2 weeks before it died. Piece of junk! Don't bother buying this product, it's cheap, and I'll never rely on a USB connection for any external device again, I. mean really how stupid is USB plug in for a humidifier, it has to be attached to the computer to work, and had I known that I would not have bought it. (I didn't read the fine print) regardless, the humidifier was not good quality. I didn't bother trying to return it but I won't doing that again

Ordered a humidifier from humiii.com which was advertised on Facebook and it has been 2 months and still no product received. Immediately after ordering got a shipment notification out of bufallo, NY but nothing has happened. Emailed and get generic email with no details. Fraud fraud fraud!!

Saw the ad on Facebook. It looked like a good product. Continued to go ahead and buy. They even sent me a shipping number which was fake! They say on the site they are based out of California but the shipping code was in Buffalo and only created never used! I emailed customer service and every time I did I revived the same exact automated message every time.
