There was an ad on Instagram for a product from Htezo (htezo.com), I've purchased items through this manner previously. After receiving a confirmation email, and tracking info for my item, but seeing no progress on the shipment within the shipment guidelines on their site, I attempted to contact them 3 times using [email protected]. I've received no responses back even after telling them I was going to be reporting them as a scam and disputing the charge on my credit card for the $40 I lost.
