Experienced the same as other victim. Put my order online 9/12/25 for $39.89. Said it was delivered, didn't receive it, checked with neighbors also. They sent it a 2nd time, 11/5/25, which I didn't receive. My real address was noted. 11/6/25 said courier refused payment due to delivered status. 11/7/25 I asked for a refund, at best they said 70% could be done. Notified them several times that I hadn't received reimbursement yet, latest being 2/4/26. I said because of the lengthy delay, I wanted my full reimbursement back. Customer Service said they did process my request several times, which was approved but couldn't be processed yet. On 5/17/26 I notified them I'd take further action if nothing was received. I haven't received any response since then, which resulted in my placing this complaint!
