Hope Health Supply is a scam, they take money and never deliver product

They took my money, never got the masks. There is only one email for the whole company and that's how they want you to contact them (even though they never respond). I did track down two phone numbers for them but both numbers gave me a recording and told me to email them instead (same bogus email). I've heard that if you paid via PayPal, PP will stop the payment until the order has shipped/arrived. Some people are having a little success there. That's it though, they are an absolute scam operation. In addition to this post, I reported them on BBB, Shopify, and Facebook. I advise you all do the same.

UPDATE FROM MY 1/19/22 POST (THEY ARE DEFINITELY SCAMMERS)

My order was placed on January 11, 2022 and the attempt to charge my was immediately. What I didn't realize when you pay through PayPal, they do not release your money to the merchant until you receive your purchase because the merchant has to send PayPal some type of confirmation code # they shipped your merchandise. The company never responded to me. Nor did I receive my item until after I reported them to PayPal stating they company scammed me and I wanted my money back. PayPal started an investigation and reached out to the company and just like a magician waving a magic wand, I all of a sudden 3 days later get an text alert from the company advising my item shipped. Approximately, 7-8 days after reporting them to PayPal, I finally received my KN95 Black mask I ordered. I notified PayPal I received the item and they advised they were going to release the funds and close the case. I truly believe if PayPal had not stepped in, I still would not have received my mask
I been with PayPal for many years and I never pay for online orders using my bank or credit card directly because they get your money right away and with PayPal they don't.

This company has not responded to my email status inquiries and an automated email response does not count. The company is not answering their phone. All you get is a voice mail telling you to email them.
I looked up reviews on this company and almost every review says they are experiencing the same thing I am. The company immediately charged and took my money and now I cannot get a response from them. I tried to sign up for email or text status updates on their site but this option seems to be locked and unavailable. I wish I'd did my due diligence prior to ordering from this company and read the reviews because the majority are saying their money was taken and they have not received their orders and the company is not responding to them.
I feel I have been scammed at this point and have requested PayPal to refund my money.
If you're reading these reviews about this company, heed what they say. I normally read reviews first before ordering from a unknown company. Not sure why I missed doing it with this company but never again...

Sells face masks that it purports to be useful in preventing Covid spread, at the end of the sales page in small font it says for non-medical use only.
They offer no refunds or any type of customer satisfaction.

It’s a scam

I ordered from this company and reached out to inquire on the status of it. I called and was given another number only to be advised to email to get a quick response. I email several times and have not heard back from this company. The marketing strategy is good, but don’t be fooled. This company is a scam. Don’t bother to waste your time or money ordering from them. Heed to my warning!

Buyer Beware

There is something wrong with this company. Main phone number answering machine refers you to another number which refers you back to the first number. Call your bank, tell them you’ve been scammed, and dispute the charge. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS “COMPANY.” Unethical, unprofessional, and falsely advertises. YOU WILL HIGHLY REGRET IT! Buyer beware.

Karma's gonna get you

Like hundreds of folks I too have been scanned. Placed my order 1-6-22. Sent multiple emails requesting information with no response except for generic "due to COVID " response that everyone else received. Didn't bother canceling order since not a legit company. Will advise my financial group but am sure I'll not see 1 red cent.

Karma will come back for justice. Since this done during pandemic and money tight for those of us on fixed income . . . I hope they get a double dose of justice. Just wish could witness it.

No response to 6 different emails except and autoresponder...No refund that I requested

I ordered KN95 masks January 12, 2022 from Hope Health Supply and received no reply to several emails I sent asking for a refund because they had not sent my item. The only response I got was their autoresponder and when I tried to call, I was referred to the email address. I paid with Paypal and filed a complaint with them (Paypal). Upon subsequent extensive research, I decided that Hope Health Supply masks are made in China and are probably not NIOSH approved. I am still trying to get a refund.

Then, they sent a shipping verification on the day they said my item will arrive (today, January 27). I plan to return it and should have received a refund right away (without all this hassle) as I have with other ethical companies I deal with online.

Deceptive and Fraudulent Advertising

My order for KN95 masks was placed on Jan 3rd and I am still waiting for my order. Inasmuch as I have sent multiple emails inquiring why the delay, no company representative has responded. Nothing. No customer service, no way to contact them other than by email which doesn't get answered, or by telephone where a recorded message refers the caller to the email address. And now I see they are erasing negative reviews on their homepage. There are hundreds of angry customers posting complaints all over the internet, customers who had their credit cards charged immediately but have not received their orders. Just think of all the money pouring into this company from unsuspecting customers! I have contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute; reported this scam to the Federal Trade Commission; and filed a report with the BBB. And I'm not done yet. Someone needs to investigate this online company immediately. It's a scam and the owners should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people during a world-wide pandemic.

SCAM COMPANY-DO NOT BUT

I ordered a pack of KN95 black masks from Home Heath Supply on January 8, 2022. It is now January 26, 2022. I have sent two emails to their recommended email and called a phone number which then tells me to email. Nothing. I should have known when there was no confirmation of the order that they were a scam. I called my credit card company for a refund and they froze my card and will send another. So many scammers out there!

Non-Responsive Company

I entered into an auto-ship agreement with them via online purchase of face masks one year ago. Products have been delivered promptly each month, per agreement, but two months ago the product quality was less than what we had been receiving. We ordered a 5-layered mask, and this particular month we were sent 3-layered masks. I immediately contacted them by their only contact method listed, which is by email, and ordered cancelation of my order and a refund on that last shipment, since it was not what I had ordered. No response. I followed up with two more emails which were likewise ignored, and today I received an email from them that they have processed shipment on my next order, which I shall be receiving soon. This company is not legit. Buyer beware.

This is a SCAM! ordered on 1/6 and emailed them on the 16th after not even receiving a confirmation. Their reply was an automated message saying someone will contact me - again, nothing! Emailed them again, and again nothing, not even their automated reply. Reported to PAYPAL and got my $ back within an hour of contacting them. BEWARE!

I ordered masks on 1/7/22. Money taken out immediately. Have contacted them by their "fastest method" no response as of 1/22/22. Just called my credit card company to file dispute. Will take up to 90 days to resolve,. Filing for refund today. They probably don't care. The advertised on our local "neighborhood " application for local news etc. with probably a phony review by a "purchaser".

I've tried contacting this company numerous time to no avail. I will be disputing the credit card charge. Hope Health Supply should be put out of business ASAP! Yep, I was scammed too

Ordered KN95 and surgical masks for $55.24 on Jan 8. No tracking, no shipment, nothing. I emailed them on Jan. 14, no response (except automated). I called and message said to email. I chatted and they said they'd get back to me. So on Jan 22 (after the 7-10 business day shipping window they advertise) I called my credit card company and they refunded my money. This company is preying on our vulnerability in a time when we need good masks!
