I purchased an ice maker off Tik Tok, linked to Hooma website, have spent months watching tracking information that doesnt make sense, even eventually try to say it was delivered, but the item has never been delivered. The company that actually took the money out of my bank account was JM Grateful Heart Healt Wayland NY. The dummy tracking showed international. Now im positive that it was a scam through tik tok.

Ordered the ice maker on July 30, 2026. Its now Sept 10. They keep saying undeliverable to my address. Which is a normal easy to find street address. Then the delivery vehicle broke down. Then it was sent to the wrong area. Now it says delivered. Been home all day and noone has come to my door. I have been scammed. Stay away from this company.

I was scrolling through my phone looking for a couch on TikTok and I saw the ad for the 29.99$ cloud couch from hooma so obviously I jumped on it and I’ve been waiting over a month now for it. It has not been delivered it says the delivery vehicle keeps breaking down and stuff like that. I even got an update one time that someone tried to deliver it at 4 in the morning. And that there was an incorrect entry code for my house but I don’t even have an entry code!

I ordered two rocking camping chairs for $25 each if you bought two. I received numerous fake updates by email and even a confirmation text with an order number. I ordered the chairs on August 3rd and still nothing even though my debit card was already charged $52. Very soon after I ordered them, there was a debit out of my checking account for $69.99 that was not authorized by me.

I made a purchase from Hooma.com after reviewing the item description and understanding what the product was intended for. I liked the item and decided to make the purchase. After placing my order, I received an email from the company stating that if I did not receive my order, I should contact their support team first rather than my bank, because contacting the bank would make the transaction appear to be a scam.

It has now been about a month, and I still have not received my order. I have contacted Hooma’s support team multiple times and have not received a resolution. I have also requested a refund, but my request has not been resolved. At this point, I am extremely frustrated because I have been patient and have given the company multiple opportunities to resolve the issue, but I still do not have my item or my money back.

I ordered two standing high-speed fans off an ad on TikTok. Each for 42.98. It took about a month to supposedly reach the US from China. I got tracking information that wasn't any specific delivery carrier. And no tracking number. I got a notification it was out for delivery and then sent back to the depot. This has happened about 8-9 times now with various BS reasons. I've contacted support and only got stupid AI bots. These bots continually told me that they've opened a case and there has still been no resolve or outcome. I've also emailed the company and received no response. This is going on a month and a half now.

I saw a fan on TikTok and decided to order. Once I entered my card information and paid, a disclaimer popped up stating that if I tried to dispute charges with my bank, it would be considered fraud and they would take legal action. This popped up after they had taken my payment, not before, or I would have never made a purchase. Several hours later my bank notified me that my card had been canceled because they detected fraudulent activity. Another company had tried to take money from my account. I immediately tried to cancel my order, to which I got the run around. Here we are 28 days later, no real tracking number and a false "delivery attempt" where supposedly no one was home. Report of no vehicles in the driveway, mind you there were 5 vehicles at the time of "the delivery". I will be filing with my bank account and waiting on "my lawsuit".

I purchased a fan from Hooma via TikTok shop and they charged me 39.99 plus tax and shipping (42.98 total) for the product over a month and a half ago. Immediately I noticed 3 fraudulent transactions on that bank card for 69.99, 69.99 and 49.99. I reported those as fraud and closed my bank card. The original fan’s tracking info shows things like delivery vehicle wrecks, missed delivery attempts, and inability to access my apartment complex bc I didn’t provide the code. (I live in a standalone house, no code entry required.) Of course the company can’t refund my card bc I had to cancel it due to the fraud. I researched Hooma online and found others reporting the same fraudulent information. The resources I found requested I report Hooma to the ScamPulse.com rather than attempting to give Hooma any more information that may allow them to access my bank further.
