Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

Contacted me on Facebook Marketplace. The person clearly did not live in America base on the photos on their profile. They appeared to live in Nigeria. They wanted to buy an item using Zelle, but it was definitely a scam.

I got scammed by some Nigerians that bought my iphone 8+. Saturday said they put the money in my PayPal account then had me send them the tracking number to my phone from the USPS then politely retracted the money from my PayPal account and started using a fraudulent PayPal account that they invented and they scammed me of my phone. Had the audacity to ask me to upgrade to premium PayPal with an additional $400. She said I will upgrade for you I will put $850 in your account then you promise to send me the cash $400 through Zelle. Then your account will be funded, YOU GET YOUR $450 AND I GET MY "DEPOSIT" BACK. Long SAD story short and eight hours of trying I have reported to PayPal I have reported to Houston police I have reported to league city police I have reported to the FBI I spoke with my league city USPS and now I am talking to Houston post office to see if they can intercept the package. This is the company they are using as a front to scam people with fraudulent accounts.
