This notice is to inform you that the home warranty on your property in South Bend IN may be expiring or has already expired. It is important you contact our office at 1 888 413 5452 upon receiving this notice to avoid any unnecessary delays in your coverage before 7/18/25. (I received this on 7/2/25). It goes on and on with evasive language about activitating the warranty by the deadline. It is signed by Sophia Wellingford, Program Director. It gives office hours but no address or hint of location. It is printed on pink paper! No legit company would do this. Mailed from zip code 63155 which is St Louis. The bulk mail permit is from St Louis.
