Hi we are reaching out to warn the public and seek justice regarding ongoing fraudulent activity involving a contractor operating under multiple business names: Logan Construction Inc., Luxury by Design, and currently Luxe Basements. The individual behind these companies is Nicholas Logan Kopczynski, who also operates with his father, Jack Kopczynski. Their phone numbers are 647-787-1478 and 289-659-2131. Our experience, and the experience of others we’ve spoken to, involves being scammed out of thousands of dollars, total is over $100,000.00 within 5 months. After taking our money, Nicholas abandoned the job without completing the work, left damages, and has since made false accusations against us. We believe this is a tactic to intimidate and deflect from his own wrongdoing.

Worse yet, we’ve discovered a disturbing pattern. He regularly recruits vulnerable individuals, often immigrants, and casual workers through Facebook and then refuses to pay them after the work is done. This is not only unethical but potentially illegal. Him and his father are both very arrogant and rude by yelling at workers and clients.

This message is a public call for accountability. We also want to warn others in the community to be cautious if approached by or considering doing business with Nicholas Logan Kopczynski, Jack Kopczynski since they changed their companies name three times within 2 years already. They are taking contracts in Mississauga, Collingwood, Hamilton, Brampton etc.
