Got their contact information from FB marketplace. Booked them for our house cleaning. I was told that it will be $35/hr and 1 lady will come to our house and would take around 4 hours. On the day, 2 people showed up from the company and started work. They took 8hrs to clean 1 kitchen, 2 washrooms, window glasses and front door. They were too slow and was waisting a lot of time. I had the same job done by another cleaning company a week ago by 1 person and took only 4 hours. At the end of the day i got a bill for $632.8. When inenquired they said they are charging $35 per person per hour. When i asked for the reciot they send me a picture of some numbers written on a blank paper. So i asked for a proper recipt and they told me that "this is how we always do it and had no issues". After i asked again, next day they send me a made up recipt in word format. I transferred the money to stop the hassle. Next day my bank account was blocked and i got a call from fraud department of my bank saying that the transfer email is fkagged a s spam in bank records and has multiple fraud complaints. Later i got call from the company's owner and he threatened me when i refused to pay $35 per person per hour and i said to the owner to deal this issue in the court. I have filed a police complaint with chilliwack RCMP as well. RCMP advised to report them to bbb.org
