I signed up for a trial period of the app, not notified I was to be charged at all. When I contacted the app, I received a response stating "Agent stopped due to max iterations." - not addressing my concerns or anything.

They are doing soulmate sketches under the pretense it is a one time payment when you pay, but then charge you 30 dollars later for a subscription with no clarification that you are subscribing to anything when the purchase is made.

I tried paying for a one time fun astrological match on their site, as it is a real website, but hidden in there terms, by opening and using their services, you are automatically agreeing to a subscription. Even if you click a one time charge, they will continue charging and then tell you ‘we unfortunately have no way of refunding your purchase’ which is a lie, all businesses are able to refund to some degree. Beware this website.
