I am lodging a formal complaint against High Social for their failure to provide the advertised service, refusal to honor a clear refund policy as per their satisfaction guarantee, and deceptive practices related to the sale of fake social media followers. Despite explicit assurances on their website that users gained through their service would be legitimate, my experience directly contradicts these claims.

Initial Engagement: I subscribed to High Social's services based on their guarantees of enhancing social media presence with real, authentic users.

Discovery of Deceptive Practices: Shortly after beginning the service, it became evident that the followers being added were not genuine, as promised, but rather fake accounts. This discovery was in stark contrast to the explicit guarantees made on High Social's website.

Attempts to Resolve: Upon realizing the discrepancy between the service promised and what was delivered, I contacted High Social to request a cancellation and refund, aligning with their satisfaction guarantee. These requests were made promptly upon my discovery of the service's true nature.
