I ordered a gift for my mom for Christmas on the 24th of November and it still hasn’t come yet. I have contacted the place numerous of times and they only got back to me once. I still don’t have my gift and I spent way too much money on it to not get it. They have sent me the receipt through email and have taken the money out of my bank account already. When I got to track the gift it says still waiting to be picked up by the carrier and has been saying that for 2 weeks now.
