Sent 6 emails to [email protected] and did not hear anything back after I requested a refund for the product after they asked me to keep the product. They then tried to offer a free product and i told them I wanted a refund. Now they will not return my calls, nor will they answer them. Also they are not returning my emails. They are based out of shenzen china, which to me is a big red flag.
