Placed an order for 2 pk batteries on amazon. Once I realized they were charging me shipping and they could not be returned, almost immediately I canceled the order. I was ignored. I attempted to contact the seller again the next day again ignored. They pushed the order through as they were receiving my many attempts at emailing them on amazon, on their website via chat box leaving messages on shop. They ignored. Bank can't help at this point. I requested the shippers name, as they claimed .. based on the tracking record that it was shipped with no shipper information. Again ignored. I can refuse the order if I know the shipper, but they ignore me. Probably because shipper has not yet received it, they are forcing the sale indicating that its been shipped when it hasn't. No contact number. No live person to talk to.
