I ordered a personalized item. A picture of my daughter’s cat for her birthday. An item was delivered (shipped, and delivered with Amazon shipping) without a return address or identification of the company on the label. The item received was not what I ordered, it was a poster size piece of paper with a random image on it. I have contacted the credit card company who is also doing an investigation. I have had several email conversations with someone from their customer service team. The company has refused a full refund after I requested it in every response. Consumers beware of this company.
