I ordered goods on October 2nd, 2025. More than a month later I still have not received the goods, even though the timeline on the website is 10-15 days. Very hard to get in touch with customer service and when they reply they just say the same thing over and over again and do not answer your specific questions. Also, no matter what department you email or if you ask for a different person/higher up, the same person replies every single time (someone named Jamal) Been going back and forth with them for more than two weeks, and as soon as I ask for a refund I get zero replies. Going to have to file a chargeback with my bank.
