I signed up for this app but canceled it in the app and I kept getting charged monthly. I called, no one answered. I emailed numerous times and they keep saying I’m not signed in the app but on the website and they flip the answer each time. I go to their app and it won’t let me cancel. I go to their website and it won’t allow me to login but they continually charge me monthly. Sometimes $15 and sometimes more- I’d have to all the way back in my account to see how much they fully owe me but the issue is they are evading my questions on how to cancel and when they finally give instructions they don’t work.
