The scammer maintains an online retail website that gives the impression it is based in the United States with a physical location. It displays merchandise that appears to be of quality fabric and construction. It offers a 30 day return policy. In truth, the merchandise comes from China, are of inferior quality and construction and the return policy is bogus. Customer service ultimately offered to return 40% of my purchase price or, if I insisted on returning the items, would levy me with a $30-$40 assessment for each returned item plus the cost of shipping it back to China. Nowhere on the website does it indicate this policy but in every way indicates these items are coming from the United States.
