Happy Health Nutra oil Max Reports & Reviews (7)

They are charging my elder father's credit card each month and the credit card company said they can't stop it.

Different names used by company that is one and the same as Happy Health Nutra Oil Max. As follows: (CBD Farms); (Beta Natural Warehouse Di); (Get Top Shelf Gain Life Die); (Get Pure Healthy Luxury Pr) and heaven knows how many more names they use.

Forgot to mention, I also was offered free trial. All I had to do is pay for postage. Never in the page was there a mention I was being subscribed to an auto ship program.

This company goes by different names, charge your credit card faster than you can dispute the charges, and when you call them to reverse charges, they ignore your request and tell you “Purchase is non-refundable” even though their web site offers a 180 day money back no questions asked guarantee. If that don’t discourage you, they put you on hold, supposedly to go speak to their supervisor. When they come back on the line they “have authorization” from their supervisor to offer a $40.00 refund to settle your reverse charge request. You will get nowhere trying to get your money back. I asked my bank why didn’t they just removed this company’s privillage to take credit cards? My bank said, “We do, but, next day they open up under a new name and new phone number”.” BEWARE!

Like the previous posts a 1 time purchase was made and never agreed to a automatic of $99.92 withdraw especially in these times of economic un security when my income is a lot less than before the pandemic. Thankfully I have a bank that alerted me right away of fraud and although I have the now waiting period of getting a new card and having to re do all my automatic payments at least this company will not be able to rip me off again.

I never agreed to an automatic plan I only requested the one time trial offer nothing in the ad said anything about a continuing plan but now I have been charged another $89.82 do not buy from this company

- New Holland, PA, USA

There was a "FREE" trial offer for a product from this site for pain relief. I have had life long chronic pain and I foolishly believed and wanted to try the free sample to see if I could get relief. They said I would pay a one time shipping of $6.84. They then charged me double for shipping to my credit card so I paid $13.68 for shipping - fees I did not authorize. Then 17 days later they charged my account again for $89.82 which I did not authorize. I immediately called the company to have the charges removed and they were rude and refused to remove the charges. They said they were totally justified in charging me DOUBLE Shipping for which I did not authorize and then 17 days later charged me $89.82 for nothing. I bought nothing and I received nothing for that money.

DO NOT buy from this company - do NOT be fooled and scammed the way i was.

I surely hope the Better Business Bureau closes them down.
