My husband bought me this 5-in 1 styler thing for Christmas, I have 30+ emails of them telling me that they are looking into my order and will get back to me in 1-2 business days. I have requested a supervisor or someone higher up but still haven't received my order and it's already going to be February. Don't Order from this company, I think all the "happy customers" are all fake people and this company is a FRAUD!

Company is listed as in the US. Packaging came from china. When I tried to reach, there is only a contact web form. Have been emailing the address but no one is responding anymore. Tried to leave a review to warn others and they blocked me. Received a cheap like you blow dryer that barely blows air. Wanted to return it. When I asked for full refund they went silent.

Online Retailer Scam

I ordered a product as advertised on this site: https://happy-curls.com/ on 12/16/24. Based on their shipping information of 5-7 days, figured it might make it in time for Christmas, but wasn't going to be that upset if it arrived later. Later that week, I found another item that I preferred and was able to purchase off the shelf so when this item arrived on 12/26/24, I started the return process with Happy Curls. They offer a 30-day money back guarantee - and I started the return request the same day it arrived 12/26/24. I got an email (they do not have a phone number, so that should have been a big clue) saying that they would give me 30% off and let me keep the product. I said no I'd rather they honor the 30-day return policy. I got no response so I followed up and was then told I needed to send pictures of the product and that I needed to pay for shipping back and then they would review for the return. I said no, according to your website's return policy you send me a shipping label at no cost to me. Again, no response until I reached back out. Last communication was that now they will give me 50% off and I can keep the product to avoid the "hassle" of returning it. I have sent two follow up e-mails with no response and it is now 1/8/25. I knew when the product arrived - in a package that was all wrapped up in tape and not a box, that I had likely been scammed - now I know for sure. It's cheaply made and not as advertised on their bogus site. I will never get my money back, so this was my next best course of action to report them to the BBB.

Online Retailer Scam

This website is fake and they pay people to write fake positive reviews about their website “happy-curls.com”. I ordered the 5-1 pro hair styler on the 27th of November 2024 and never received it even after a month. I also got fake USPS msgs telling me my address is incomplete and to pay “lump sum” money for them to attempt another delivery! It is a closely knitted SCAM service and the network has hoodwinked many citizens.
