Greyhound Nest Reports & Reviews (2)

This site is a scam, they will email you many times (they will appear like a couple and they do not have an actual phone number, they say that they work full time and this breeding is a side job, so you may have many email communications. On the day of delivery, there is a new charge, a temperature controlled crate and refundable fee of $1,000, then an insurance fee required the next day (so the delivery shipping can happen). The first contact when they answer your email for details on the dog you picked, will have 10 pictures of that puppy, along with a video. The purchase appears entirely legitimate. Their site was used the yr before for a different scam. The puppy you are expecting does not exist - for purchase by you. They are appealing to your desire for a new family pet, they communicate thru email and ask about your existing pets. The scam involves the transport of the pet, you will see the need for more money for the temperature controlled crate on the expected shipping date, you hurry to get that done via paypal or zelle thinking it is refundable later, so that the delivery of your new pet will not be delayed. In sum, they never provide a phone number, even though they invite you to come to see the puppy, and you will never receive a puppy, you will simply be out $3000 or more and feel like an [censored] for being duped.

The website advertised Italian greyhound puppies at $800 per puppy as they were expecting new little in a month. I contacted the website to see if the puppy I liked was available and they responded with various questions about myself and if I'm good to have a puppy and have time for it. They also sent pictures of a prospected puppy and the videos with puppy really living its life, like having a watermelon from a beautiful bowl or playing with a toy on the carpet of a beautiful home. After I got "approved" they told me they can ship a puppy even though I said I can even come pick tint up. The whole thing was brushed off and they said I can receive a puppy for $1000. $800 for puppy and $200 for shipping to my doorstep with all the documents and all that. I paid via Zelle and confirmed a delivery. On the day of the delivery the shipping company contacted me regarding the puppy shipment and that I'd have to pay additional $1500 for a thermal crate which "would be refunded". At that instant I realized it was a scam and asked for my money back, which they said they would do in. 3 to 7 business days. I asked for the money refund immediately since I used Zelle and they can use Zelle back (it takes seconds). They responded the will do it. So as of now I have not received my money. Please read through the warning signs I mentioned and please don't get scammed
