Bou bought 6 pair of hey dude shoes from Glowtyra.com before Christmas for gifts. Never received. Twice they said it they were delivered and they asked me to ask my neighbors which I did. After that I requested a refund. They told me to wait for 15-25 business days nothing I’ve got several emails. I’ve asked for a phone number they won’t give me one. I’ve asked to talk to the owner and they just keep telling me to wait due to high volume. They do respond to emails but that’s it. Just giving me the run around. I lost $55.
