Poor garage door opener installation and being charged for a LiftMaster but given a Chamberlain
- I was told that the belt was bad and it was no longer available-this is a lie as I now understand.
- I was quoted $975 for a new LiftMaster. Your technician would not write down (as I asked him to do) so I ended up sending an email to myself which he confirmed (Liftmaster $975- I have email time stamped).
- He installed a Chamberlain lift. Install was so poor as the belt was rubbing on the actual door. He said that is normal but did come back to fix.
- He did not even install the Chamberlain bracket so the actual pole moves back and forth. He also didn’t install the new sensers.
I had a technician form Action Automatic Door and Gate come out to confirm a poor installation. They confirmed that I should have received a LiftMaster for that price.
I would be happy with taking entire system out and refunding my money.
