I had placed an online order from GetTheFitGrip.com for their product (the fit grip) as well as some accessories that were included.

After a few weeks there was no delivery made. I attempted to contact them via their "contact us" link on their webpage. This continued for a few more weeks, and I have now contacted them at least 4 times via their webpage and also once on their Facebook page through messenger. I have had zero responses, have not receive my products, but my credit card was charged the full $109.99 amount.
