Do not order from GetOverFinish.com. I ordered three sweatshirts as Christmas gifts at the beginning of December 2025 from their website. I’m an understanding person, so I knew there was a chance that they wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas, but I never expected to still be waiting at the end of February 2026.

When I emailed customer service at [email protected], I was given a tracking number that was completely different from the one that was provided at the time of purchase. Each showed a different ship date, shipping location, etc, and neither could tell me where my package was or why it hadn’t been delivered yet.

Customer service refuses to provide a refund because they need the parcel to be returned and I “refused delivery” even though it never actually showed up at my house.

I fully expect that I will never see these sweatshirts and that I’m out $65.
