I am being charged for a service from GetChillio.app that ive NEVER used. When i emailed them to cancel and get my money back they are saying i am outside the window for returned fees.... but i never signed up.....

Saw the ad on YouTube for GetChillio.app, it seemed perfectly fine. Clicked, it seemed legit, and there was a promise of being reimbursed in 30 days. I went for the suggested plan, 20$ (I had a 50% reduction for 10 minutes, the timer made me forget to check beforehand, silly me). I saw that they said 92% of users stayed happily, and I fell for it. When I was logged in, there was no app as promised, and it didnt look like what was shown, only lessons which I am not interested in, and honestly are rather basic. No cancellation button, nothing to manage the subscription. I sent an email to the support team at [email protected] quite quickly, but seeing what others said online about it, I fear I’ll never get my $20 back.
