I spent a little under 600$ on their online shop and have received nothing

an order of $151.94. At the payment screen it came out as
$182.33. I thought the difference was just due to tax and so I
proceeded. The transaction completed on 12/13/2024. I received
a normal order confirmation email with a tracking number and link
to track the package by mail carrier js-express.
Ultimately, the order never delivered to me and I saw tracking
information indicate the package eventually went to a mail
recovery center and then returned to the sender. I reached out to
Geographz customer service and asked what’s going on. They
basically said the package went back to the manufacturer and not
them and now I need to pay their losses on shipping and the
losses on the order to get another order resent to me or I can get
a refund minus the losses on shipping and the items.
Basically, this company did not deliver the items and now will not
refund me or send me new items unless I pay for their losses.
