Generate Agent Lead program DOES NOT work

Type of Scam: Guarantee program that they will not honor

This company is really good at sending you lots of emails to promote their program for $4,000 and they talk really smooth on Youtube and their other videos. However, I tried their program and paid for the additional monthly fees towards Facebook advertising. The leads that were advertised to me were for Sellers, but the very few leads I received were all Buyers, and these Buyers were not even in my local marketplace! I tried this program for the full year, paying the Facebook ads nonstop for over $600 per month, and again, the leads were not as promised. I was not able to close a single transaction, even though I followed up with emails and telephone calls to these "leads". I am out over $11,000 with this company. When I asked about the guarantee, I was given terms that were never shown to me before. They will NOT honor their advertised guarantee. This is a false advertising company, and I DO NOT recommend their services.

I think you used the system wrong. I am calling my leads using their scripts and getting people I've been in touch with set to close. Have you attended their success clinics? It's not the leads or the system, you just need to learn how to work it.

This company offered a money back guarantee if you do not close on a real-estate lead after a year. Ads were set up via Facebook to draw leads. Most leads I called were not looking for homes and asked where I retrieved their phone number. These were paid ads so after losing a couple hundred dollars on fake leads I turned off the ads and emailed generate agent leads. There is no phone number to speak to anyone all of a sudden. A year passed and I inquired about getting my $3000 back and at that time they sent me a list of terms that I’ve never saw before and stated that due to the ads being turned off they will not return my money. I told them that this is something that should’ve been brought to my attention when I first signed the contract. This is my warning to all new and veteran agents. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They do not honor their agreements and you will lose money in the fake leads they provide. Your better off cold calling fsbo’s.
