Saw an add with Dr. Oz for Gelitide. With him endorsing it I figured it must be worth trying. I was SO wrong. They call on the phone from (737) 530-7204 pushing you to purchase more and making all kinds of promises. None of which you see. They promised to be an active coach and be easy to contact. Plus they promised a full refund if you didn’t like it in 60 days. They leave no contact information and only a customer service email. Then they send the same information over and over making promises they never keep. They promised me a 30% refund so it wasn’t a complete loss then refused to pay it. The cycle starts again. Over 80 emails back and forth and then nothing. I emailed the customer service email with a fresh email and got a response in a foreign language. When I call the number they tell me I have to email customer service. That is when they answer. I lost $2442.
