John Deckow (probably fake name) from Geek Squad Imposter sent me an email and said my Geek Squad 365 Advantage Protection Plan was renewed for 3 years and the total (no tax added) was $519.34 and was due today 4/9/2026. Also it said at the bottom of the bill “if I didn’t authorize this purchase contact the support desk at (848) 288-4127.” I located the address under his name and it’s in a residential area in Altoona, PA. I have never requested anything or have a contract through Geek Squad. This isn’t the first time I have gotten an email saying it was Geek Squad.
